  People inside are the nicer than any DMV you go to, they do their best to get people in and out as fast as they can.

  The best experience anyone can have going to the DMV. Going in I had zero expectations of helpfulness or friendliness of any kind -- only drove out this far in search of a shorter wait time. The staff here is comprised of some of the nicest individuals I have ever met. I went in to get my licence reinstated and they took the time to explain which items I lacked (documents and hidden fines) and the quickest ways by which to rectify. Three short visits and I now have my licence back and I can joyfully say, they were equally friendly each time. This wasn't just with me, as I waited there I watched in amazement the interactions they had with all that came in. I even witnessed someone laugh while at the counter,......there's not supposed to be joy at the DMV. This is the exception to everything you've ever experienced and dreaded going out of obligation to the law. Even when I thanked them on the way out for all of their help, one simply stated, "That's what we're here for". Maybe so, but this is definitely not the norm.

  I DRIVE ALL THE WAY FROM SILSBEE EVERYTIME I NEED SOMTHING DONE. WHEN I WENT TO KOUNTZE I GET MY CDL SAYING SISLBEE AND WALLISVILLE FIXED THAT. AND BACK IN 2011 OR 2012 I GOT MY CDL CHANGED FROM MO TO TX IN SILSBEE AND A FEW WEEKS LATER GOT PULLED INTO MO WEIGH STATION AND I FOUND OUT MY CDL WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM BUT I WAS LET GO DO TO THE FACT IT WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT A FAKE DL. WENT TO WALLISVILLE AND THE PERSONNEL CALLED UP AUSTIN AND EXPLANED THE SITUATION. WHEN AUSTIN DL PERSONNEL TRYED TALKING DOWN TO WALLISVILLE ABOUT HOW WALLISVILLE IS WRONG "BEING I HAD NO DL IN TX EVEN THO TX GAVE ME A DL" WALLISVILLE GOT ON TO THEM AND GOT MY DL ACTIVATED WITH IN A 45MIN. IMAGIN IF I WENT TO BEAUMONT ON THAT ONE I MAY STILL BE IN LINE OR WAITING FOR A DL. IF ALL YOU NEED IS YOUR MEDICAL LONG FORM REGISTERED AND ITS B4 30 DAYS TO EXP ITS A WALK IN WALK OUT JUMP IN FRONT OF THE LINE "IF THARS A LINE AT ALL" VISIT. I EVEN DID MY TANKER ENDORSEMENT TEST HERE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS NO WHERE TO PARK A SEMI W TRAILER LONGER THAN 42FT.
